The Mondrian display home is now open. Marklews newest single storey design is set on a large and prestigious site in the Bayside suburb of Black Rock. Market research and comprehensive customer questioning determined that a single storey design would be particularly appropriate for the site. A majority of respondents indicated that where there is sufficient land, it is preferable to live on one level with aspects to private open space and not divide the family or functions into upstairs and downstairs.
